Industry Institute Interaction Cell

An active industry institute interaction cell (III-cell) has been functioning in the college. The function of the cell is to promote closer interaction between the academic field and the professional field. Industry institute interaction cell is established to provide closer links with industries. The purpose of the cell is to find out the gap between need of the industry and end product of the institute. The cell is the bridge between the industry, the real world and the institute. Industrial exposure of faculty is very much helpful to guide students about latest industrial practices.

 Interaction between institute and the industry is widely recognized as an essential requirement to train and develop the right kind of technical manpower necessary to sustain and promote industrial and economic growth. III-cell can be considered as the platform for showcasing best industrial practices, latest technological advancements and their implementation and impact on the industry.

Objectives:-

1] To cultivate symbiotic relationship between college and industry as well as College and other research institutes.

2] To help industries to solve their problems through research, training and consultancy.

3] To synchronize the quality of education to meet the trend of industry.

4] To produce employable students i.e. “Industry-ready students.”

5] To conduct other value added programs based on industry requirements.

6] To integrate industrial training and other inputs to develop students.

7] To offer research, development, consultancy and testing services to solve industrial problems.

8] To share the experience and expertise between institutions and industry for mutual benefits.

9] To improve curricula, faculty, infrastructure, pedagogy in line with the industry requirements.

10] To develop good work culture in students.

11] To organize lectures by experts from industry.
