Electrical Engineering(Poly)

The Department of Electrical Engineering established itself in 2010, with an intake capacity of 60 students. The department has experienced significant growth in various aspects. It features well-equipped laboratories with modern and sophisticated equipment, including the Electrical Machines Lab, Digital Electronics Lab, Network Analysis Lab, Switchgear and Protection Lab, and Electrical Measurement Lab. We take pride in our faculty, a disciplined team dedicated to fostering both academic and industrial experience, all aimed at enhancing the growth of our students and the organization. The field of Electrical Engineering plays a vital role in national economic growth, particularly in the power sector, transportation, industrialization, and automation. Within the Electrical Engineering department, we offer numerous opportunities for faculty and students through in-house training, workshops, and external training programs to further develop their expertise. We are creating a platform that enables students to secure their desired positions in government sectors such as NTPC, Power Grid, Genco, Transco, NPDCL, and SPDCL. Additionally, students have successfully gained employment in private companies with competitive packages, including TATA Advanced Systems, Bagla Industries in Pune, and Powercon Ventures India Pvt Ltd in Pune. We have established partnerships with Bagla Industries in Sambhajinagar and Dolphin Electronics Pvt Ltd, Nagpur to provide mandatory summer internships as required by MSBTE. We are committed to fostering a professional graduate community capable of addressing contemporary challenges faced by employers and
